FAQ

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations:
By making a reservation with Gerber Transportation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including pick-up and drop-off details, date, and times. We reserve the right to decline or modify reservations based on availability.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
Reservations not canceled more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up time, will be charged 100% of the total fare including all fees on your booking.
There is Absolutely no refund allowed once services are completed.

3. No-Shows:
If you fail to meet your chauffeur at the designated pick-up location without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued. Please ensure clear communication in such situations.

4. Delays and Flight Monitoring:
We monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers. However, unforeseen delays beyond our control might occur. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjusted pick-up times.

5. Passenger Conduct:
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and maintain appropriate conduct during the ride. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in case of unruly behavior.

6. Liability and Damages:
While we take utmost care of our vehicles and passengers, Gerber Transportation is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury during transportation. Passengers are responsible for their belongings.

7. Amendments to Reservations:
Changes to reservations, including modifications to date, time, and vehicle type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes must be communicated well in advance.

8. Gratuities:
The standard 20% gratuity is applied to every booking upon making a reservation. Any additional gratuities for drivers are always appreciated for excellent service.

Gerber Transportation has pioneered a number of industry-leading initiatives, including proprietary training methods to bring this vision to life at every port of entry whether Domestic Airports, Cruise Port Terminals, Hotels and Resorts and FBOs.

Employee Training

At Gerber Transportation, we expect a lot out of our Chauffeurs, and Affiliates, so naturally we help them realize their potential. Gerber Transportation has invested extensively in the best equipment, training and safety programs. The Gerber Transportation Certified Employee (GTCE) program offers our team members efficient, standardized training that highlights the Gerber Transportation way of Chauffeuring, Installing Car Seats and other scenarios that Chauffeurs, and Affiliates are likely to experience.

Our Car Seat Installation Certification training takes Chauffeurs several hours to complete, and Affiliates nominated for their hard work, attention to detail, when it comes to the “Gerber Transportation way” are rewarded with service excellence lapel pins that distinguish them from their peers in the industry.
